Olima is an entertainment and self-reflection app that generates personality insights based on your choices.

Important: Olima is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is NOT a clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic tool. Our insights should not replace professional psychological advice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Olima
  • One account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Olima for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
  • Use automated systems to access the service (scraping, bots)
  • Share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
  • Circumvent usage limits or payment systems

5. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., chat messages, shared cards). By using Olima, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the service.

Shared Content: When you share personality cards or challenge friends, that content becomes viewable by recipients. Share responsibly.

6. Intellectual Property

Olima, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Free Tier: Basic access is free with usage limits.

Paid Features:

  • Olima+ subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases
  • All sales are final; refunds at our discretion
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  • We do not guarantee accuracy of personality insights
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on Olima results
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Any amount exceeding what you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
